Founded in 2002, Sincropet has since built the "Elevator for blowing machine", with an engineering department to design the lift and all necessary accessories for all blowing machines, whether new or old, as well as any brand.
The "Blow Machine Lift" is a required item for all automatic blowing machines of all brands, it is mounted between the preform hopper assembly and the blower furnace, transporting the preforms to the furnace of the equipment, reducing the traffic of men and forklifts inside the factory, guaranteeing the automation. The "Blow Machine Lift" produced by Sincropet already contains all the safety devices required to comply with the NR10 and NR12 standards required by Brazilian legislation.
Sincropet's engineering area is capable of producing any "blow machine lift", from those that serve the small blowers to those of very high cadence.
According to the request of each client and its industrial plant, Sincropet offers the diagnostic visit. On the date desired by the customer, we sent an engineer to carry out the study of his factory, aiming to optimize Lay-out, analyze the production route trying to improve it, taking measures of the blower to execute the appropriate design of the custom-made "Elevator for blowing machine".
The "Blow Machine Lift" raises the preforms through a mat with a few trunks that, when passing through the hopper, takes some preforms upwards, positioning them on a wheel to enter the feed rail. They go down the path into the furnace of the blowing machine.
The "Elevator for blowing machine" is coupled to the feed rail, where are the sensors that send the signal when there are trunks of the preforms. Preform transit occurs when the rail encounters a defective or non-standard preform. A beep warns the machine operator to remove the defective preform so that the preforms are not fed into the oven.
The "Elevator for blowing machine" manufactured by Sincropet, has the structure in stainless steel and is developed by the technical team of the company, that adopts all the legal norms to mount it and to adjust it in the correct position to work in harmony with the blower.
