The Sidel ® SBO ™ Blow Machine Retrofitting team specializes in "sidel" blow molding machines, Tour Effeil models, Series 1, Electronic Series 2, in addition to the fixed SBO 2 ™, SBO 2 ™ / 3 rotary, SBO 4 ™ / 6, all SBO 6 ™ / 6, SBO 6 ™ / 10 assembled in Brazil for special and heavy cylinders, SBO 10 ™ / 10, SBO 10 ™ / 14 S1 for special cylinders, SBO 12 ™, SBO 14 ™, SBO 16 ™ / 16 S1, SBO 2 4/24 ™ S1, SBO 6 ™, SBO 10 ™, SBO 16 ™ and SBO 2/4 ™. Restoration of these blowers, exchange between used machines from the customer with machine reformed by Sincropet, sale of all parts needed for the technical assistance of blowers and maintenance services for these blowers characterize the work of this area .

The "sidel ®SBO ™ Blower Retrofitting" department can update and refine the options of the used blowing machines mentioned above. There are several technological possibilities that can significantly increase the efficiency of the equipment, as well as its durability. Exchange of old parts for new parts with more mechanical resistance, insertion of resources to save energy, inclusion of new technology, to allow new configurations of blow and new formats of PET bottles are some of the numerous processes possible to increase Sidel ® SBO ™ blowing machines.

All machines refurbished by our "sidel ®SBO ™ Blower Retrofitting" department are certified by the NR-10 and NR-12 safety standards, which comply with Brazilian safety legislation for the industries.

Another function performed by our professionals in the "sidel ®SBO ™ Blow Machine Retrofitting" area is training our customer's employees to optimize the work on the machines recovered with the exclusive Sincropet Phoenix technology.
