In the last 14 years, Sincropet has validated numerous technological innovations developed and approved by its engineering department, together with clients in the field. All these technological advances can be budgeted to the proprietary customers of the "sidel ®Blow Machine".
The "sidel ®Blow Machine" area is able to detect the customer's need, diagnose the problem and make a list of all the parts that must be exchanged or sold for the customer to perform the change.
Sincropet has a stock of safety stock for many models of "sidel ®Blow Machine", with national or imported parts, be it mechanical, electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic parts. It also has assembled and already regulated subassemblies, ensuring speed and efficiency in the exchange of these products in emergency cases, reducing the downtime of the machine in the customer's industry. Sincropet offers new and refurbished blow machines in its plant to meet this purpose.
In the case of old blowers in end-of-life customers, but still operating precariously, the "sidel ®Blow Machine" department performs the same analysis above, adding the diagnostic visit of the engineers who evaluate the vibration and the state operation, analyzing all mechanical and electrical cabinet subassemblies, to discover the value of investment in disassembly and rebuilding. If this is the case, Sincropet's engineering department can budget and sell this customer service. In many cases, he chooses to replace his "sidel ®Blow Machine" used by a new Sincropet. After this phase of negotiations, Sincropet rebuilds the blower, soon after, makes it available to be sold, assuring the safety requirements, durability and so that it continues working without waste of energy and with numerous possibilities of configuration and technological advances tested in the last years .
When the situation of the machine is scrapped and inoperative due to lack of parts, but still the customer wants to sell, our purchasing department sends the proposal of purchase. After the purchase, Sincropet undoes the machine, recombines the parts still in good condition with the new ones, restoring the core with the advanced Sincropet Phoenix technology, to be made available for sale and to last for more than two decades operating again. That is why we can say that Sincropet cares about the environment, the preservation of the earth and takes pride in working to reduce environmental waste.
