Our engineering designs lifts for all brands of blowers
Founded in 2002, Sincropet has always manufactured the "Blower Lifts" and has an engineering department to design all the necessary accessories for a blowing machine, whether new or old, low-cadence or high, and any brand. Sincropet can also mount the equipment indexed with the blower.
The "Blower Elevator" is a necessary accessory for any automatic blowing machine of any brand, it is mounted between the preform bucket and the blower furnace, serving to transport preforms into the blower furnace, ensuring automation of the blower. All safety devices must be contained in the structure of the lift.
The "Blower Lift" manufactured by Sincropet already contains all the safety devices necessary to comply with the NR-10 and NR-12 standards required by Brazilian legislation for the industries.
Sincropet's engineering department is capable of manufacturing any "Blower Lift" from those that cater to small to giant blowing machines.
According to the needs of the customer and its industrial plant, Sincropet offers the diagnostic visit service, sending an engineer to carry out the study of the plant, in order to optimize Lay-out and with the mission to study the measurements of the customer's blower, to run the appropriate "Blower Lift" custom manufacturing project.
The "Blower Elevator" raises the preforms through a belt with a few talismans, which, when passing through the bucket, take some preforms to the top, where a wheel must be mounted that positions them to enter the feed rail. They go down the rail to get into the furnace of the blowing machine.
The "Blower Elevator" is coupled to the feed rail, where the sensors that send the signal when the preforms are locked must be mounted. The traffic of preforms happens when the rail meets a preform that is defective or out of measurement. The buzzer signals the blower machine to eliminate the defective preform, as well as not letting the preforms feed into the blower furnace.
The "Blower Lift" manufactured by Sincropet has the structure in stainless steel and is assembled by the technical staff of the company, which adopts all the norms to assemble it and adjust it in the correct position and synchronized with the functions of the blower.
All tests must be performed at the customer as well as training the operators to familiarize themselves with the new "Blower Lift" electrical panels.
The project execution time of a "Blower Lift" is around five days, the manufacturing time is around 20 days and the installation with adjustments in 1 day.
