Since 2002, our SBO ™ blow molding professionals have been harvesting and executing technical improvements on customers, on Sidel ® SBO ™ blow molding machines, Effeil touring models, Series 1 and Electronic Series 2, in addition to the models SBO 2 ™, SBO 2 ™ / 3 SBO 6/6 ™ mounted in France, SBO 6 ™ / 10 Brazilian special series, SBO 10 ™ / 10S1, SBO 10 ™ / 10S2, SBO 10 ™ / 14S1, SBO 12 ™, SBO 12 ™ / 1 , SBO 14 ™, SBO 16/16 ™ S1, SBO 2 4/24 ™ S1, coming from the SBO 2 ™, SBO 4 ™, SBO 10 ™, SBO 6 ™, SBO 16 ™ and SBO 2/4 ™ models. Recovery, repair and part sales are part of this team's work.

We carry out technological updating

The "Reform of SBO ™ blowers" department carries out the technological updating and improvement in the operating options of the machines already mentioned. There are many technological upgrades that improve the efficiency of the blowing machine, increase its durability, among many others. The team can exchange parts that have already been corroded by new parts with higher mechanical strength, include features that reduce the energy consumption required in the blow, implement options to allow new configurations to blow new PET bottle formats.

Other responsibilities of the "sbo blower Reform" area are the training of our customer's employees, who are familiar with the new features installed in the refurbishment and how to operate the new refurbished machine with the exclusive Sincropet Phoenix technology.

Thanks to the quality and safety excellence of our refurbished machines, the company is recognized as a reference in Brazil and South America. Since 2002, we have never had accidents with our machines, nor have any accidents at the interface of workers working on our reformed blowing machines . Our machines reformed by the "sbo blow molding reformers" department, comply with NR-10 and NR12 safety standards.

The company offers reformed blowing machines in the cadences between 2,000 and 19,200 bottles / hour, having consolidated in them the high durability, robustness and state-of-the-art technological resources.

The "sbo Blower Reform" is performed by Sincropet specialists, who analyze in detail, which parts need to be reformed and which ones need to be changed, subtract possible blows from the blower in operation, delivering a machine under the same conditions from when it was purchased. This reform is called by the Syncropet of "Level 1" or "As Built"

The second option of "Replacement of SBO ™ blowers", offered by Sincropet, can bring innumerable technological advances conquered by the syncropet in the last decade, being budgeted the part according to the necessity of the client, making the blower more modern and efficient. Here are some of these features and innovations:

• A - Allow the machine to blow low weight bottles, 9.7 grams to 500 ml.
• B - Allow the blowing of preform with thick wall (High Stress), which are perfect for low weight, reducing the consumption of electric power.
• C - Allow to work and blow with preforms of small threads (Finish Mini).
• D - Allow production monitoring through management reports.
• E - Improve the heating function of IR Lamps, allowing you to regulate the perfect temperature for all possible bottle recipes, even with temperature variation during the working day, the blower adapts to reduce or increase heat. This feature eliminates blowing of defective bottles to the maximum.
• F - Set the blower to spend less energy in the bottle blow.
• G Allows to work with better pre-blow profile.
• H - Optimizes the reuse of High Pressure Air.
• I Lets you work with an internal network to quickly and reliably bring and bring information to the blower CPU.
• J - Resource to extract production productivity reports.
• K - Improved positioning of hydraulic assemblies for ease of maintenance.
• L - Changing of hoses by tubes in stainless steel. Including NPT valves.
