Specializing in blowing machines for PET bottles, Sincropet manufactures new blowers with production for 3,600 to 12,000 bottles / hour. Recognized with Embanews magazine award. We also offer refurbished blowing machines with production of 2,000 to 19,200 bottles / hour. Seeking to meet the needs of our customers, we set up our "Retrofit Sidel ® Blower" department.
The "Retrofit Sidel ® Blower" team specializes in reforming "Sincropet" and "sidel" blow molding machines, Tour Effeil models, SBO ™S1 and SBO ™S2 Electronics, in addition to models, SBO 2 ™ fixed, SBO 2 ™ / 3 rotary, SBO ™3 / 6, SBO 4 ™ / 6, SBO 6/6 ™Brazilian, SBO 6 ™ / 6 French, SBO 6 ™ / 10 Brazilian Special, SBO 10 ™ / 10, SBO 10 ™ / 14 S1, SBO 12 ™, SBO 14 ™, SBO 16/16 ™ S1, SBO 2 4/24 ™ S1, all these were derived from the basic models SBO 2 ™, SBO 4 ™, SBO 6 ™, SBO 10 ™, SBO 10 ™S1, SBO 16 ™ and SBO 24 ™. Recovery, exchange of old machinery for new or reformed, sale of parts and customized services are part of the work of this division.
The "Retrofit Sidel ® Blower" department can technologically upgrade, with several options, all the machines already mentioned. There are several technological possibilities that can significantly increase the efficiency of the blowing machine, as well as its resources, making operation simple. Exchange of old parts for new parts with more mechanical resistance, inclusion of features that optimize the energy expenditure, insertion of options to allow new configurations of blowing in new formats of PET bottles, for the volumes of 150ml to 3.3 liters.
In all of the blower reforms that Sincropet performs, or in the sale of a refurbished machine, Sincropet offers the customer's bottle design study, engineering and layout correct to improve plant efficiency, new concepts to improve packaging , being able to be in the reduction of weights or improvement in resistance of the packages, piloting of samples.
Another product that we can sell is the manufacture of the new molds to order.

In all the new projects carried out by Sincropet, all Sidel ® Blower retrofit contemplates all the adaptations for the new Brazilian safety standards, the NR-10 and NR-12 .. This project was accomplished, certified, homologated and delivered with success for large multinationals. Needless to say, Sincropet has become a benchmark in the field since 2002 in none of our projects, there have never been any work accidents with our refurbished blowing machines.
Another function performed by our employees in the "Retrofit Sidel ® Blower" division is the training of our customer's employees to efficiently perform work on machines reclaimed with the exclusive Sincropet Phoenix technology.
The "Retrofit Sidel ® Blower" is performed by Sincropet specialists, who thoroughly check which parts need to be reformed and which need to be replaced with new ones, with higher quality and resistance, eliminating possible vibrations and coupling new features in technology. We perform blow molding so the customer has confidence in the equipment, combined with simplicity of operation with high productivity, durability and low maintenance cost.
We can offer a reform in the blowing machines to deliver restoring the original format, or a budget for the technological upgrade features so that the customer can choose the right reform for their need. Here are some of the many examples of these features:
- Adapt the equipment to allow the production of ultralight bottles (9.7 grams to 500 ml).
- Adapt to equipment to allow the blowing of bottles with mini thread.
- Adapt to equipment to perform production monitoring, with the possibility of printing managerial reports for statistics and factory management.
- Allow information to be shared with agility and fidelity for a Digital HMI panel.
- Improvement in assembly of mechanical assemblies, which include the repositioning in the assembly of the machine, aiming to facilitate the maintenance and visualization of the operators.
- Change of hoses by stainless steel pipes with NPT valves.
The "Retrofit Sidel ® Blower" segment refurbishes the equipment structure, leveling subassemblies and synchronizing the blower to work without trepidation, with automation, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic services.
It is worth mentioning that the "Retrofit of blower Sidel ®" department can offer with low monthly cost, on duty attending clients outside office hours.
