Sincropet is a pioneer in this segment, supplying machines, equipment, peripherals and services to companies that produce PET Plastic Bottles to package its own products, such as for the market of mineral water, carbonated waters, juices, carbonated juices, soft drinks drinks, soft drinks, energy drinks, food products, salad dressings, distilled beverages, wines, cleaning products and personal hygiene.

In 2002, we founded Sincropet. In recent years, we have helped and contributed hundreds of clients with new designs and construction of a new "blowing machine factory", working with precision engineering for complete blowing units, lay out optimized to efficiency and production efficiency.

These improvements were in the inclusion of more resistant mechanical parts, in order to reduce the unwanted breaks.

Another advance that changed the paradigm in the "Blow Machine Factory" was the study to make the blowing of bottles much lighter, for example, we can mention, in 2014 we managed to blow the 500ml bottle with only 11 grams, and then in 2016 the 500ml bottle with only 9.7 grams. Sincropet is also expert in the study to marry ideal preforms with the blowing of bottles, we can realize the reduction of the weights of bottles; and also create new designs of engineered molds to blow a line of new, lighter, more attractive bottles without losing the desired and required strength for each volume.

Sincropet contributed and helped significantly in the field of "blowing machine factory", enabling new projects for new bottles winning domestic and international awards.

Reference in the market, Sincropet blowers are recognized as robust and reliable, with production capacity of automatic rotary automatic machines, which produce from 2,000 PET bottles / hour to 19,200 PET bottles per hour.

Below you can check the new features assembled in our new blower, or in reformed blowers with Sincropet Phoenix technology:

  • It allows the feeding of preforms of low weight, as for example of 9.7 grams to blow 500 ml.
  • It allows to work with thick wall preforms, which are ideal for low weight, which reduces the consumption of electric energy.
  • Allows to work with shorter finish preforms, Mini Type.
  • It allows to monitor more efficiently the heating function of Lamps, being able to regulate the ideal temperature for the blow, even with the increase of temperature during the day, or with the decrease in the dawn, this feature adapts the heating to obtain the perfect temperature and ideal for the recipe of the bottle in breath, limiting below 0.3% the blow of defective bottles.
  • It allows to blow bottles with better quality, regulation of the pre-blow and fast cooling.
  • Allows to optimize the consumption of High Pressure Air.
  • It allows to work with an internal network of data, taking and bringing the information for the internal network quickly and fidelity. With this feature, we can extract production productivity reports, discover failures through statistics, measure employee efficiency.

Below is a summary of all the combined qualities that only the Sincropet blowing machine can offer:

  1. Rotary blowing machine. It can be prepared to blow all types of bottles, from the simple ones to those with complex design. Provides high performance in the distribution of the perfect blowing material.
  2. Machine equipped with ventilation Reinforced to spend less energy. The machine can store more than 280 recipes to blow different bottles. With some options, you can generate managerial reports.
  3. Operation in Mechanics, through "Cames", ensuring simplicity in operation, perfect repetition of cycles, Low dependence on corrective maintenance, easy to find cheap and specialized labor.   5. Machine 100% automatic and very well adapted to the Brazilian conditions of supply in electric energy. We know that in Brazil and in South America there are frequent fluctuations in voltage supply.
  6. Possibility of Up-grade through reforms in used machine of brand Sincropet in case the customer wants to add the evolutions and technological innovations that the Sincropet develop years after the purchase of the new machine.
  7. Very low consumption of electrical energy, similar to the machines of all the big multinationals, with the inclusion of the technology rapid exchange of molds, with ease of configuration and fast adaptation in the machine.
