This department performs basic or complete reforms in these blowers models SBO 2 ™ S1 Fixed, SBO 2 ™ / 3 S1 Rotary, SBO ™3 / 6, SBO 4 ™ / 6, SBO 6/6 ™Brazilian, SBO 6/6 ™French, SBO 6 ™ / 10 Special Series, SBO 8 ™ / 8 , SBO 10 ™ S1 and SBO 10 ™ S2, SBO 10 ™ / 14 S1, SBO 12 ™ S2, SBO 14 ™, SBO 16 ™ / 16 S1, SBO 16 ™ / 16 Series 2, SBO 2 4/24 ™ Series 1. These models of the Sidel ® brand originated from the basic models SBO 4 ™, SBO 6 ™ , SBO 10 ™, SBO 16 ™ and SBO 2/4 ™.

Through our "Rebuilding of Sidel ®" department, customers have complete technical assistance, technological upgrades with more than 100 options available, which not only make the blower more modern but also increase its service life. When Sincropet finishes reforming a blower, it is estimated that it will blow PET bottles for over 20 years approximately, with much more versatility to blow different bottles, more modern, well crafted designs for light or heavy bottles, that is, a lot resources, offering an extremely attractive and lucrative cost / benefit to the customer.

Among the updates made by our "Reform of Sidel ® machines" area are the replacement of parts already worn by new parts with greater mechanical resistance, implementation of several options to allow new configurations in new PET packaging formats (500ml ultra light bottle of mineral water in 9.7 grams), or else, feature to blow the heavy and returnable bottles (bottle of 107 grams to blow the bottle of 1.5 liter format for soda).

The "sidel ®Machine Reform" department plans all the details when the restoration takes place, including the Brazilian safety standards, in the case of NR-10 and NR-12.

The "sidel ®Machine Reform" is performed by highly trained professionals, who analyze deeply through tests on benches, which parts need to be restored and which must be changed, being able to deliver a machine in the same original conditions as when it was purchased, or even with technological implementations, reassembling it more efficiently. All this is budgeted for items, the customer decides which makeover is most timely for their project.

In complete reforms with new resources, our employees work in the structure of the equipment, balancing parts and sub-assemblies with pneumatic, electrical, electronic, automation, mechanical and hydraulic services.
